The Journal of Forensic Behavioral Health


The Journal of Forensic Behavioral Health (JFBH) is a free electronic peer-reviewed journal for articles that examine behavioral and mental health issues in the criminal justice, forensic, and legal systems (e.g. law enforcement, case management, child protective services, domestic violence, first responders, and community supervision).  Focus is on those populations who have a history of offending or are at risk for offending along with victims and family of those who offend. Within this broad framework, the mission of JFBH is to present innovative research and informative reviews in an accessible and adoptable format for practitioners and professionals. Published annually, articles that emphasize behavioral and mental health as it relates to criminal justice, forensic, and legal systems will be prioritized. Unless otherwise noted, JFBH publications will be peer-reviewed by two or more independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
